I'm going home for Thanksgiving this year to my mom's house. The whole family will be there since Sis and her family are living there til their house is built - only a stones throw away in the next neighborhood from my parents! Ryan and Mary should be there too and I'm looking forward to spending quality time with the family.
I've also made it a point to immerse myself in American culture and cuisine while I'm there. Mainly cuisine. I've make a list of places to hit while I'm there. I'm gonna eat as much American food while I'm there since it's sorely lacking here in Germany. All I can think of recently is all the ice cream flavors to be had at Handels. I'm gonna be a fat bastard when I return back to Germany. Good because I need to fatten up for the cold winter.
